Shadows glide on like silk while delivering the maximum payoff of rich, beautiful, long-lasting color. Velvety textured and highly pigmented shadows. Can be worn wet or dry.
Features and Benefits:
Absorb oil and moisture to prevent caking (always best over Eye Shadow Primer). Skin conditioning and emollient. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the cells from free radicals.
Directions: With a shadow brush, sweep color on lid or where desired. Layer until the right depth is achieved.
