WHAT IT IS

This creamy pencil formula fills & defines brows with medium to full coverage & a velvety powder, demi-matte finish. Easy to use pencil allows for precise, mess free application. Perfect for filling in areas where brow hair is sparse (or has been over-tweezed) by using short, hair like strokes. Dual ended pencil includes a custom spoolie for seamless blending & to help tame unruly brow hair for fuller, natural looking, well controlled brows.
