Panthenol for conditioning.

USE

Using applicator, lightly brush onto brow hairs, sculpting them into the desired shape.  Excess may be removed with a brow brush or comb. 

For a thinner application, first wipe brush with a tissue, removing excess product.  Use alone or apply over brow powder or brow pencil.  May also be used on lashes, as clear mascara. 

Excellent for grooming male brows, sideburns and mustaches.
